Brand Photography

Brand Photography & Professional Headshots for Wellness Businesses

Real personal brand photography of you and your practice. No stock, no guessing. Trusted by coaches, practitioners, clinics, and studios across New Zealand, Australia, the US, UK, and Canada.

Stock photos get spotted. And it costs you trust.

Everyone can spot a stock photo now. The lighting is too perfect. The smile is too wide. It is someone else's office, someone else's hands, someone else's life. The second a visitor notices, they stop trusting the rest of the page too.

A five-year-old headshot has the same problem, just quieter. It is not fake, but it is not you anymore either.

What you get

Brand Authority

$1,500 +GST

Maximum variety across multiple locations. This becomes your full content library for the next 6 to 12 months.

Startup

$899 +GST

Launch-ready photography for a new website or a big campaign. Multiple looks, multiple contexts, enough variety to populate a whole site.

Brand Boost

$499 +GST

A quick, focused session for updated headshots and a handful of key brand images. Good for a fast refresh before a launch, a speaking engagement, or an updated LinkedIn.

Every image comes ready to post

Not just a folder of files. Every photo, and every AI image, is sized and branded for exactly where you will use it, your website, your email newsletters, and your social media. Nothing sits unused on a hard drive.

Never run out of content between shoots

A photoshoot gives you weeks of fresh content. Then what? Our AI Content Studio trains AI on your own real photos, not stock, not generic prompts, to keep your website, newsletters, and social media stocked between shoots.

One-off: $349 for 30 high-quality images, whenever you need a top-up.

Ongoing: $300 for 30 images every month or every quarter, whichever suits your posting rhythm.

See if you can spot the difference

An interactive test is coming here: two images side by side, one a real photo, one AI trained on that same client's shoot. You guess which is which, then reveal the answer. Both are real, in a way. The AI one just did not need a second photoshoot to exist.

Every image is approved, just like your photos

Every AI image goes through the same private gallery approval you already know from your photoshoot. Nothing goes live until you say yes. If an image does not look right, it does not get used.

Skip the hair, makeup, and half day off

A photoshoot means picking outfits, doing hair and makeup, and setting aside half a day to style your space and your smile. AI Content Studio skips all of that. You get new content without doing any of it.

Will AI content look fake? Not when it is trained on your own photoshoot instead of random internet images, and every image is reviewed by hand before it reaches you. Research even backs this up, ads that blend real and AI-assisted content are remembered and trusted more than fully AI-generated ones.*

Do you need to disclose AI-generated content? New Zealand has no AI disclosure law right now. Some places do, the EU from August 2026, New York for synthetic performers from June 2026, but content that is a variation of your own real photos, reviewed by a human, is treated differently from content that invents a person who does not exist. We track this closely and will flag anything that changes.

Built for wellness practitioners

We know the difference between a headshot that looks professional and one that actually makes someone want to book a session with you. Coaches, practitioners, and clinic owners need photos that show warmth and credibility at the same time, not just a stiff corporate pose.

Photography across New Zealand

Shoots happen at our natural light studio in Warkworth, or on location anywhere from Mangawhai to Auckland Central. If you have searched for a headshot photographer near you or business portraits nearby, this is exactly what we do.

The process

How it works

  1. Discovery Call

We map your story, your ideal client, and the specific images you need most.

  2. Shoot

A relaxed, guided session, planned around a mood board so you both know the look you are going for before the camera comes out.

  3. Deliver

Professionally edited images, ready to use on your website, in your emails, and across social media, not just one of those.

Frequently asked

How much does brand photography cost?

Packages start at $499 for a quick headshot and brand image session, up to $1,500 for a full multi-location shoot. Most wellness clients start with the Startup package if it is for a new website, or Brand Boost for a fast refresh.

Do I need professional photos for my wellness website?

Yes, if you want visitors to trust you before they book. A website full of stock photos or an old selfie makes even excellent practitioners look less credible than they are.

How often should I refresh my brand photos?

Most clients refresh once a year, or twice a year if they post content often. If your practice, your look, or your offerings have changed, that is a good sign it is time.

Can you help me use these photos on my website and in my email newsletters, not just social media?

Yes. Your photos should work everywhere you show up, not just Instagram. We make sure you leave with images sized and ready for your website and your email newsletters too.

* Nielsen study cited in "Real vs AI-Generated Ads: Can Your Audience Tell the Difference?", finding ads combining human and AI elements had higher brand recall than fully AI-generated creative.
